How much of milk should I give my baby and do I need to mix water in the milk (I use packet milk low fat)

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you can give cow milk now, but never give low fat milk to kids as they need milk fat for proper growth n brain development. give whole milk, if you are giving fir the first time add some water..

she's about a year
she should be breast fed as per her demand
and she can be given the Desi cow a2 milk about 200 ml a day
don't over feed or force f Ed her
give her probiotics as well
