ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. let the child decide the quantity. you can keep offering food to the child but do not force feed. start brushing your child's teeth. offer everything that is cooked at home

give soft and less spicy food items.
give idli,upma , fruits etc more.
you can give frozen veggies or fruits to chew
or provide silicone teether to chew
