NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello it is advisable to be giving atleast 500 ml of milk including all other dairy products for the child in a day and all calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet should be Given for the child which should be safe for the growth of your child also and do not give more than 500 also
