how many times we should give solid food per day for a 7 month old baby?

A. give 3 meal which include cerelas like rice oats barley moong dal.or moong dal.ki khcdi. fruit puree like avacado apple banana sweet potato in puree form frsh homemade curd and coconut water . keep breast feeding.
