How many times solid food can be given to 7.5 month old baby? At what time?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom that all depends on how well the baby is accepting solids start with one time a day and then gradually increase the number of meals .
So 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 time snacks and inbetween your feed can be given
