how many times is sufficient to give milk for 5y7m old boy. I heard much milk has caused to some problems(I.e, cough). I s it true or not.

A. at this age at least 500 ml milk is is very important for the child daily and it is just a myth that milk will cause cough and cold if the child did not have any allergy problems previously when milk was given
