how many times i introduce solid to my 7 month old baby girl??

in the beginning a few teaspoon and then increase
give variety of food groups to baby
continue breastfeeding on demand

one time in morning and second time in evening.
keep patience , don't rush to wean your child from breastfeeding ,offer it whenever your child demands.
