Q.

How many times a day and how much quantity of solid food should be given to 7 month old baby? Could you please give a diet chart for that.

A. hello u can be giving 3 meals in a day and u can include home made cerelac rice dal kanji fruits n vegetabkes puree which are all healthy n nutritious and good for the baby growth and absolutely nothing to worry about
