A. at least till one year of age you need to give here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A. hi dear Give your baby 5 micrograms of vitamin D3 as a supplement every day from birth to 12 months if they are: breastfed. taking less than 300mls or 10 fluid oz (ounces) of infant formula a day.
