RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl5 months agoA. Look in any age 8 to 10 hours is very important if the child is sleeping minimum for 8 to 10 hours at a stretch over the period or in the entire day and that’s good and healthy that’s the minimum max can be even 16 hours maybe
