Q.

how many hours of sleep is good to my baby? can I give light porridge once in day?

A. 16 hours approximately is important. give porridge types of top food after 6 month. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.
