How many hours gap should be there while giving meftal-p syrup for 10 months old baby who weighs 9kg?

Infantile Colic and gases trouble is very common during the first year of life only mother milk should be given till 6 month of age and proper burping should be given after the feeding . Gastica drop can also be tried 1 ml 2 to 3 times in a day for the gases trouble

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. If your child needs help with pain day and night for several days (usually up to 3 days), give a dose of paracetamol every 6 hours. This will help to relieve the pain safely without the risk of giving too much paracetamol.
