Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi upto 3-4 hours although it depends on Child's apetite so as far as your child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to worry about it much
