how many feeds per day should be given to 6.5 month baby.. and how much solid feeds and bm/fm feeds to be given

A. Yes you can start solids one day. Milk don't have to reduce. Solids are just additional foods and not replacement for milk. So You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week ! Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum ! Gradually you can introduce one one ite
