Cold is a viral disease that may occur with symptoms like  sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.

hello for nose block you may put nasal drops for the baby  and it can take some days for the baby to recover and if any concern then it 8s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
