how many dates can be given to a baby of one yr and 6 months?

A. You can give one to two dates to the baby soak them well before giving to the baby as dates are hot in nature but a good replacement with refined sugars

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can soak dates overnight and give it to the baby. Also you can boil dates in milk and give that milk to the baby. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
