how long does postpartum blues last????i have completed 40 days postpartum but feel too much lonlieness,i have least family support from both my families due to some personal reasons,how can i overcome it

It’s not about having postpartum blues basically nobody is having time for you that is all you’re feeling lonely when when you deliver a child husband is the first person who is going to the most considerate about you otherwise you can talk to the your family and your husband for this purpose of how you are feeling
