How long a 1 month old baby sleep without feed

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, the sleeping pattern varies from baby to baby. Babies can even sleep for 4 to 5 hours without feed. You should feed on demand. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
