how do i give steam inhalation for nose and chest cold can I give in a steamer is it really works or not and how many times can I give steam inhalation per day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. definitely useful to liquefied the secretions. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins
