NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello exclusively breastfeeding a baby on demand and you have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet so that a baby will be able to get all the required nutrition and the breast milk is the best for the baby especially for the babies less than 6 months which gives immunity and also the required nutrition
