How can I introduce egg to my 10month old baby?? Egg can b given how many times a week??

Oh baby is 10 months old and yes you can start giving egg regularly to your baby. You can give one Egg a to your baby it is very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition is baby need and regular diet plan. Now your baby should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet plan according to that
