how can I give dry fruits to my baby who's 1 year old. in what form and what dry fruits can he eat.

A. You can add powdered dry fruits in porridge. After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.
