how can i give an egg to my 7 months old baby and recommend some fruits for my baby

Hello mom Would recommend to start Eggs from eight months onwards and it is advisable to start with a yolk you can boil the egg and separate the white and the yolk and give the yellow part in small quantities 1st to check for any sort of allergies if so may occur
