How can I clean my 3 yr baby ear wax ?

you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth. 
do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear. 
this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problem. 
if you feel that the child is is  having some problems in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination.
if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.

thank you for reaching out to us with this question if you notice that the your bags in the outer portion of the year is too much then you can just simply use your but a baby your butt and use that to help clear the years however make sure that you are not inserting the ear but in the ear Canal at all if it is way too much and I think it's blocking for your passage then please make sure you reach out your pediatrician for drops
