Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you can use stethoscope or place two fingers on your child wrist , Below his thumb . Apply gentle pressure until you can feel a slight beat against your fingertips . Count how many you feel in 15 seconds. Multiply the number of beats you counted by 4 to get the beats per minute
