Yes, homemade cerelac can be given to 7 months old baby
you can prepare it with mung dal and rice
first Wash mung dal and rice separately
drain out water from it
keep them in sunlight for 3hourd
after that, let them cool down at room temperature
heat the tava, roast them one by one on medium flame
till nice aroma comes from it
again let them cool down,then grind them one by one in mixture m
mix the powders
keep it in air tight container
