A. this can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection.d kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s) every three hourly in nose. it helps in decreasing both cold and cough. for fever and pain give cparacetamol. anti-cold medicines are avoided at this age.
