DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello Baby boy is 20 months old and he is having a fever only then you should give him first plnty of water and then paracetamol 2.5 ml three times a day

Give adequate liquid and keep your baby well hydrated during fever. Avoid thick blankets.use thin soft cotton clothes to wear.
