Hloo my son is 8month old,he has no any milk teeth come out.why is that?Pls reply?is it due to any deficeincy of elements??

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. some kids get their teeth a little late. the maximum you can wait is till the age of 18 months. untill then massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give teethers to chew on

Get her diagnosed for any vitamin or mineral deficiency.
if she's deficient , supplements as prescribed by pediatrician Should be used.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Dot use RO water
More Probiotics and fruits should be given
