hloo doc..im 7mnth aftr csec..can ido all works now likebending washing clothes cleaning sittingdown and all..can anyone plzzsayy or should i need to take rest still plzz let me knowww

A. Hi It’s always recommended to wait after 8 to 9 months of C-section to do all these things once your stitches heal completely your gynaecologist gives you a thumbs up that you’re physically fit to go for any kind of exercise and work then only go ahead with it otherwise wait for the time being
