hlo my baby is of 2 and half years old she is suffering from high fever before 2 hours i have given maxtra syrup but no use now can I give combiflam syrup

A. dear maxtra is not for fever, you can give combiflame Or crocin syp in proper dose to reduce fever.. give it in every 4 to 6 hours. tc .
