POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Jaggery when mixed with ginger, sesame seed and carom seed is an effective natural home remedy to prepone periods. Boil a spoon of turmeric in a glass of water and consume it twice a day to have your periods induced, probably 10 days before your expected date. Dates are known to generate heat in the body.
