hlo mera beta 2.5 years ka h usko fever tha toh doctor ne medicine di use lene k baad fever toh chla gya or cold bhi thk hua but baby ko potty lg rhi h bht zada kuch bhi kha nhi rha h vo or milk bhi leta h toh bhi potty kr deta h mjhe kya khilana chahye use ?

A. get a stool test done to confirm if there is no infection in such a case clinical assessment is needed once so you should contact your nearby doctor to get physical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given it will be better .
