Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 months agoA. stomach ache ke kai reason ho sakte hai jaise infection , swelling, indigestion, gastric, stomach worms etc .
aap doctor se is baare mei ek baar consult kare wo baby ko proper examine krke advise krenge
