hlo dr my baby girl is 8 month old , still she is on exclusive breastfeeding, I want to stop so plz suggest any formula milk

A. thank you for reaching out to us with your question please note mothers milk introduce to remain the main source of Nutrition until your baby turns one year old however now is a good time to start with semi solid you can start with rice and then introduced the laughter about 4 to 5 days and then introduced vegetable and fruit puree
