U Try to give more of liquids right now to the child because if your child is vomiting after eating anything then go ahead with that and also make sure that you are just giving a healthy liquids to the child other than what I like butter milk lemonade don’t give any kind of juices and slowly gradually the stomach will start settling down still if you feel that the child is facing any issue then you can consult a paediatric gastrologist
