Q.

hlo doctor my daughter is 20/months old .she is taking my feed . but now my nipples are in severe pain .can u tell what can I do

A. Hi, apply coconut oil on the nipples. Repeat this every time after feeding. And before feeding clean it with hot water and then you can feed. Since your baby has completed 1.5 years you can gradually reduce the number of breastfeeding and give more solid food. Like fibre and calcium rich food which is important.
