ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see do not panic. try to do a UPT.and that will tell if you are pregnant ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
