Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment

Its Better that you consult your dermatologist and start going for a proper treatment for this as of now would advise you to start applying coconut oil regularly into that area but it seems like some severe allergy better you get it checked with the skin doctor ones
