hlo doc please reply my ,4 month old son has rashes on his neck i don't know how it happened please check the pic how to fix it please any doctor reply what to do

A. you can apply boroplus cream.. it may be some times of the cloth fabric thread a cut mark.. you can use lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste.. or turmeric paste take care..
