A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Loss of appetite can often indicate vitamin deficiency in the child. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
