hllo doctor my baby was sleeping while a yellow discharge like puss came from his pennis.Please help what is this is it normal

U Who is the skin down and see if there is an infection or pimple building up in there if there is something then you should get a check with your doctor otherwise it could be due to some infection building inside the penis so you want to get a check with your doctor
