Hiiii mam my son age is 2 yr 2 months he is not trying to speak just only two words he will speak amma ,ammama but he will respond for rhymes,songs.wherever I m trying to say daddy he will be not responding for that words . plsss tell me suggestion mam

A. it's speech issue. this as per what has been mentioned now the details shall need an examination and so you can see any doctor around you for now to best take an opinion about this problem .
