priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. start with liquid diet first like Dal soup Rice Water vegetable soup then slowly you can move the solid diet for Semi solid diet like Khichdi dal rice poha Upma try giving variations to your child do not add salt and sugar till one year much and breastfeed your baby on demand
