Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if your one and half year old baby does not speak properly there is nothing to worry it will take some more time for the baby to learn to say complete sentences you should educate your child in the language you speak even if after three years he is not able to speak then you should consult doctor
