hiii m how can i reduce weight...now i m 77 kg with 5.6 inch height....i m mother of 6 month old....my delivery has been done with c.....section....now 7 m gaining soo much weight.....due to baby i have no time to do exercise.....now pms tell me how can i reduce my weight. and make fit again
