hii sir my son is 14 months old but he is having 8.24 kgs weight. he is suffering with fever. when we went to the hospital and the doctor said he had only 7.6 grms blood. how can I improve his blood level. he is not eating anything

A. 7 .8 gram% hb is less. do contineou with iron supplement . also give iron rich food fruit n vegetsbkes to ur baby.. for more ibstructions better to consukt ur treating doctor
