hii my son is 6 year old n his vutaminb12 is 1100 n vitamin d is 11 recently he was suffering from viral hepatitis now he is totally recovered reports are normal. should I worry about vitaminb12 is little bit high reports attached below

A. there is no need to worry about the higher level of vitamin b12 but yes that vitamin d level is slightly less for which evil have to give vitamin d supplements to the child
