hii....my son is 3years old.he is suffering from cough and high fever..it happened last month as well. can u advise why he gets sick frequently..and how to take proper care of him..

A. For fever give crocin syrup and for cough give honnitus syrup for five days twice a day or one teaspoon honey mixed with dew drops of ginger juice take care and stay safe
