hii my son is 2 years old and doesn't take milk plzz give me some alternatives of milk n how i complete him proper diet and give me diet chart

A. hello milk is one of the source of calcium and it would be better to give your child other calcium rich food on the diet in the case if your child is not taking cow's milk which then should be fine and not a problem.. give curds ghee and other dairy products
